Just saw this in my account, I don't think it was there earlier today. An AC that expires June 4, 2014. Looks like you can search for a 2BR. $219 fee for use.

Here is what is on the grid. It looks like most are an option for May with more not an option for April.

None for me. I thought AC's ,even bonus ones, where either good for one year or 6 months.

That is what I thought. This appears to only be valid for 45 days, or less depending on how you count.

The one they gave away in August was valid through February 10, 2014. Much longer. Was II recently offering some kind of promotion with a bonus AC recently? I just confirmed an exchange today, but usually ACs that come from those promos take a few days to show up. I am not aware of any active promos though.

Same AC showed up in my account this afternoon...took a minute to register. I have not had any recent exchanges or getaway purchases. Too bad it's for such a short timeframe :(

While I couldn't see this AC on my regular II account, I could see it on my Starwood/II account and Hyatt/II account.
Expiration date is 6/4/2014. Pretty much useless AC for me.

Same AC appeared in my account this afternoon. Given the short duration (6/4/2014) and limited locations available, the AC seems of little value but the price was right.

I certainly don't get the short limitation. Why not make it good through October, but just block out the summer travel months? This is pretty useless. While good though June 4th, you have to complete travel by then. So at this late date in April, it is really only good for May bookings.

I was looking at Cancun for the end of May as we are booked in to a hotel for one night. While this would have cost more than the hotel room, if I could have booked a 2BR, I might have gone for it. Though of course, nothing available for dates that work except mandatory AIs. That makes it a no go.

I also got one in my Starwood account. It pulls lots of units in Orlando and Cabo, including some Marriotts and Westgate two bedrooms.

"Too bad" we're going to Kauai.

I also found one this morning in II. At first I thought it was a mistake and the same one that I had used to exchange into Lakeshore in Orlando in May, but it's not. I probably won't use it, though a short trip to Martha's Vineyard in May is tempting.

Edited to add: I see units in Martha's Vineyard with this AC that my other units don't see, which seems odd. There are several units in May at Harbor Landing, none of which are visible with my other units - they only see Harborside Inn units later in the year. Does this mean there is some kind of quality filter (or the absence of one)?

Dumb question,

how would i know if i got an AC in my II account?

Go into Exchange, and click on My units - it will be there if it you got one. I also had a message in the messages section that said "your AC is expiring soon" - that's how I first noticed it.

Has anyone received one in their personal account (paid directly to II) or have they all been in corporate accounts? It seems like most of the people commenting are getting them in their Starwood or Marriott accounts.

Mine is a personal account.

Edited to add: I just got an email from II saying I had been selected to receive an AC, but no explanation why.

Strangely enough I got one of the June 4th ones in my Wyndham/II corporate account. How strange is that ! None in my personal or two Marriott Corporate accounts.

None for me. I get AC's on many of my deposits and usually have a few on hand. I think the same time everyone got one last time I didn't get one either. It's a personal account with Marriott's and non Marriott's

Just got e-mail from II saying if I make deposit by June 22, 2014 I get one.

Kinda a waste, since I have had several expire even though I offered to drinking buddies, friends, cohorts, neighbors, family, etc.

I have an AC offer from II also to deposit a Trapp Lodge week by June 22nd. I've actually been waiting for the offer since those types of ACs are ones I always use.
