Great resort location - studio unit only. Resort is 150 yards from the beach and unit is on the lower east side of the building.
Unit has private bath plus a KING size bed, 24" table with 2 wooden chairs, and a TV set. There is an undercounter Refrigerator, 2 burner cooktop, microwave, coffee maker & toaster along with 2 sets of dishware plus some cookware. There is a room safe also.
There is NO BALCONY, NO SOFA, NO soft chair. It is better than a hotel room by a little ... but it is MUCH cheaper than that hotel room. The resort collects a weekly $10.60 safe rental fee. There is a free in unit midweek towel exchange also.
No, I can NOT change the dates or add nights on. It is a timeshare resort with heated pool, hot tub, saunas.
