Playa Andaluza 3 bedroom

Does anyone have a definitive answer for where the 3 bedroom villas are located at Playa Andaluza?

Are they in all buildings or only those with an oceanfront view, Granada, Cadiz and Almeria?

Hi
There are 3 beds with both ocean front and garden vista, so I believe probably in all buildings.
We own a 3 bed lock off ocean front, so for sure I know those are located in Granada, Cadiz and Almeria buidings.
We tend to favour Granada building for the position and aspect.
The 1st floor (in UK terms) has positively enormous balconies, but may at times get some noise from the indoor pool below, although we have very rarely noticed this.

Thanks Barry,

Yes I've noticed the huge balconies previously and suspected they may belong to the three bedrooms, they may even be considered too big!

I don't suppose you're looking to rent yours out next Easter are you?

Sadly, Playa is the one resort we don't own Platinum or Gold, so our Silver week there does not cover Easter otherwise we would have been pleased to help.

We have a 3 bed Garden veiw (gold) and have stayed in the rear and front of Huelva, rear of Cadiz and front Sevilla. I understand that all floors at these locations are 3 bed. We have not stayed in Granada or Almeria.

Shame. We've booked one through Marriott direct although they didn't have a three bedroom for Good Friday or Saturday so we ended up renting a two bedroom and a lock off which costs 100 euro's more a night than a three bedroom :annoyed:

We had an ocean front 3 bedroom in Cadiz, on the third floor I believe. Although we never saw the views from the other 3 bedrooms, we loved our location and view of the main pool and beach from Cadiz. Even though it is on the far right (facing the ocean), it never seemed very far to any other part of the property.

We plan to go back, but may never get another OF as an exchange. We felt very lucky, and liked the staff and resort better at Playa than at Marbella. (We did really enjoy Marbella as well.) Perhaps the OF at Playa influenced that preference as the ocean view at Marbella just couldn't compete with the wide open OF view.
