We went on a MVCI presentation at the end May in Curacao. To date, the 10,000 MRPs haven't posted to my Marriott Rewards account. For people that have had this happen in the past, who did you contact? Anyone have a name, phone number or e-mail address of who could help fix this?

When this happened to us a couple of times, I contacted MVCI Customer Advocacy and they fixed it pretty quickly. That function is at MVCI corporate headquarters. I have two phone numbers for that headquarters: 1-800-850-6674 or 1-800-936-6824. I just tried their directory and unfortunately the two names I have are apparently no longer there. I would call the number and ask to be connected to a Director of Customer Advocacy (there are more than one). Customer Advocacy apparently deals mostly with sales related issues.

It might be easier to send an E-mail to Customer Care: customer.care@vacationclub.com. I think Customer Care is a different department, but I am not 100% sure of that. I think they can probably help you too. Phone number is: 1-800-860-9384.

Thanks. I figured it would be easiest to go the e-mail route first and sent an e-mail to customer care tonight. Glad I kept a copy of the receipt that the provide after the presentation.

Hopefully, you will get this addressed quickly by Customer Care, but if you do need to contact Customer Advocacy they do seem to be able to resolve issues that others can't.
