I have a timeshare in French Lick Villas in Indiana. The 2014 fees are paid and i have a week banked with RCI that comes with this timeshare. I have used the all over using RCI but i have never used it in French Lick. My grandparents bought this in 1985 and have used it plenty of times there but i have not. I am no longer able to use/afford this in the near future and just need to let it go. I posted the info below from RCI's website. Is anyone intrested in taking this Timeshare over? The maintenance fees are $460 a yr.

I am willing to consider paying for 2015 maintenance fees if someone would like this Timeshare. Currently all fees are paid for 2014 and there is no money owed.

All 2015 fees are paid, and i will consider paying part of 2016 fees if anyone is interested.

Does French Lick allow trading to other times?

I really can't use week 3 but I love French Lick! Can I trade for another week within the French Lick resort, or would I be stuck with week 3 only?
