They just rented my two bedroom lock off for week 1 2015--we are using our week 52 this year instead--they have always had great luck doing it that week but I know week 1 isn't as popular. [Ad-like comment deleted. Please note TUG Posting Rules prohibit ads in the public forums.]

Do they charge for the ad or is it commission-based compensation?

Just so people know. This outfit pretended to be the management of Harborside and posted management responses to reviews on Tripadvisor with their contact information in the response. They'd reply to complaints that they'll let housekeeping know of their concerns, etc. Nowhere did they mention that they were not affiliated with Starwood, Harborside or Kerzner.

They were using the faux management responses to troll for potential renters.

After Harborside found out and complained, Tripadvisor deleted all of the bogus management responses.

That was pretty brazen and definitely shady, so I am not sure if I would ever rent from this agent.

WOW! It's not often anymore that something on TUG shocks me but this does. Wow, what gall.

I have used them for 5-6 years and have found them totally responsible and responsive to me at all times. honestly find this hard to believe!!

Their new system gives an owner a guaranteed net for weeks (assuming it rents)--net varies based on unit size and season--no upfront fees and if for any reason renter backs out the owner does not owe any payment back.
And I have never listed anything with them that didn't rent--
