I want to book two nights open season in Vegas (Trump is preferred) for October 2-4th. I know I can only book 4 weeks out using cash, so I will be on the computer on September 4th.

Should I be on the computer at 12:00am EST or are the not loaded until the morning?

Yes, I am obsessing a bit, but looking one week before, all open season rooms are booked up.

The room availability becomes available to book at 12:00AM EDST. (EST in the winter). I just looked in the "Classic" reservation system, and I see Open Season at the Trump until Sept 26. If you are using "Revolution", try "Classic" for Open Season reservations. It is MUCH easier and clearer to use.

Thanks. Open Season is great and avoiding the "resort fees" in Vegas is a bonus!

Thanks again. I got what I wanted and my wife is happy. A 1BR Plus at the Trump for October 2-3, then on to Elara for a week in a 2BR via an RCI trade. I am sure I will be sick of Vegas after 9 days!!!

We stayed at the Trump when it was strictly a hotel and they charged a fee that covered the usual plus valet parking. Do you not have to pay that fee when you book through HGVC? Do they let you self park now?

Please do a trip report when you are back. I need to visit Vegas on a regular basis now and I don't drink, gamble or go to strip clubs. So, I'm always interested in hearing other things to do that don't cost an arm and leg.
