MF between 2BR and 2BR Plus

Does anyone know whether there is a MF difference between a 2BR (7000 points) and 2BR Plus (8400 points). I see this 2BR variation in Myrtel beach and Park Soleil. Trying to see whether it makes sense to buy 2BR plus, since all the new resorts are going to have this new point structure, and you probably have to use that much points for an Ocean Front MB.

I am assuming it is more, but just wanted to get some confirmation and would like to know by how much?

At HHV Lagoon Tower, the MF for 2BR and 2BR+ are the same.
