Additional week banked as a 'late deposit' with Interval International through December, 2015 is also part of my free offer. Late deposits can be exchanged within the II system from 59 days before travel up until the day before departure.

Hi, Pat. Annual maintenance fee is $785 if paid before mid January, otherwise a bit more after that date. it's a big 2br, with good space for the convertible couches to get to total of 8 sleeping spots. It's been well-maintained, central within Plantation, which means easy bike or stroll to Harbourtown and other areas. been a while since we've gone, so I can check on day use query, know the Swallowtail complex has its own pools, tennis.

Since Pat H has her adorable grand daughter as her avatar I assume you mean me....that is my wonderful cat Cody GrayFal who I lost last year at 18.5 years years

It would be great to find out about day usage for Pat H as this could be a big plus for her.
I am familiar with the property as a long time Marriott owner...this could be a nice ownership for Pat H not G

I know that Monarch doesn't do day passes so I would expect that true here also. Neighbors on both sides own at Monarch and have gotten bronze weeks at Marriotts outside of Sea Pines for day passes.

Yes, you have a Sea Pines pass the week you are there, but what about other times if you want to go out?

Gate pass is given for the ownership week duration only. Owners who want access to Sea Pines before or after the ownership week's free gate pass can purchase day pass as needed. During the ownership week it's unlimited in and out privileges. DG

Free Sea Pines Plantation and next year's Maintenance, too!

Great Swallowtail at Sea Pines unit, sleeps 8. In center of Plantation, near all golf and tennis facilities. Week 49 is just before Christmas week, excellent sport season of year on the island.

I will pay for 2015 maintenance fee if you take this offer a free week at Sea Pines.

Many years ago I owned a Swallowtail Week. I liked the size of the units; their location (easy bike ride to both South Beach and Harbour Town); and reasonable MFs. If nothing has changed, this Week would be a nice pickup for someone wanting a Fall non-beach HHI Week.
