Woodstone at Massanutten

Annual floating timeshare. Week 2
4 BR lockout
Annual maintenance $730
2014 paid. Next fee due January 2015
2013 and 2014 currently deposited at RCI but unused
No reservations pending
Paid off. Deed in hand.

Can you advise the floating weeks and booking timelines/privileges?

Does the floating include summer and how far in advance can you book?

I believe it's the unit that floats, not the week. It would be week 2 (ski week) every year but a floating unit. OP can confirm.

Would these unused points be transferred upon purchase? I thought I read somewhere that points are lost during a sale.
