Sheraton Broadway Plantation-Free Christmas Week Usage

Giving away one of our weeks at the Sheraton Broadway Plantation. This is for a floating gold week. The new owner will be able to choose from weeks 10-14, 43-52. Unit was originally purchased for use during spring break, Thanksgiving, or Christmas.

Unit Information: 2 bedroom/2 bath villa that sleeps 8 in the Palmetto Building

Maintenance Fees: 2014 was approximately $762.00. 2014 fees have been paid in full. There are NO special assessments. New owner will not owe maintenance fees until January 1, 2015.

First year of use: 2014 (Reservations have been made for Saturday, December 20th to Saturday, December 27th, 2014). New owner(s) will have free use of this week after the property transfers.

Transfer fees: Paid by seller.
Closing costs: Paid by buyer and will be done by LT Transfers. Thinking this will be about $150.00

Is this unit fully paid?

What week / unit is it deeded as? Also, if not able to use for the week it is reserved, can the reservation be changed? Thanks!

The unit is completely paid. Reservation can be changed as long as it is within the flex schedule, a unit is available, and the closing happens prior to new week requested.

Starwood doesn't have "flex schedule." Do you mean that another reservation can be made as long as it's within the season that you own?

On your deed, there is a deeded week number, what is that week number?

Correct Denise. As long as it falls within the stated "Gold" season weeks. I use the term flex because it is not a fixed week. Sorry for any confusion.
