Just got a call form a human saying they are RCI and I have $750 credit on my account.

This appears to be a fake / phoney / scam call. When you call it back, it says the VM is full.

Anyone else have this experience? I searched TUG with the phone number but no posts show up to validate my experience.

I told them I am not interested and hung up

It happens regularly. If I decide to play along, my first question is, "What does RCI stand for?" If they answer correctly, then I tell them I'll call RCI direct to check this out and hang up. Most of the time, I just hang up.

Anymore I don't usually get these calls. The exchange companies only have my land line number and I have NomoRobo on the landline. Since putting that free service on my number, those calls ring once and are then directed to NomoRobo's dead end number.

There are several posts about it on 800notes. They seem to use the RCI scam and also another where they ask for money.
