Does rescission period count the day the contract was signed as the first day?

I have got a question about how the days for the rescission period are counted. I signed my contract on 11/28/14. So does my 10 day rescission period end on 12/7/14 or 12/8/14? Is the day the contract was signed counted as day 1 or counting of days begin from the next day?

In addition, I signed the contract in Florida the rescission period is 10 days for this state. But the property is in Nevada where there is a 5 day rescission period. From what I understand from the contract legal jargon I have 10 days to rescind.

Thanks in advance for your replies.

I would count the day you signed the contract as day 1. And the state where the contract was signed determines the length of the rescission period, not where the property is located. Rescission is STATE law.

Git 'er done, dude.
