Is anyone familiar with a Louise Campbell who says she just moved from Arkansas to Greenville, SC? She recently called me, saying she got my name from a list of timeshare owners who might want to sell. We haven't owned that timeshare for years. She made me an offer, said she'd talk to her husband and her bank and call me back. Sounds a bit shady to me. I am trying to sell the vacation club points since my husband passed away in July. I was very surprised to receive a phone call out of the blue from somone who seems quite knowledgeable about the transfer process. I'd appreciate info if anyone has it. Thanks.

Anyone who cold calls is scamming.

The only Bluegreen points that are going to have resale value are ones with contracts associated with summer weeks it Wilderness Club at Big Cedar and perhaps summer weeks at Shore Crest I and II. Even then it would have to be larger units and in the case of Shore Crest ocean front.

99% of bluegreen contracts have $0 resale value and it may even be difficult to find someone willing to cover transfer costs.
