Sitting on my lanai, drinking coffee, watching for whales. I watch a guy in street clothes grab 4 towels from the hut, place them on 4 chairs, and walk away. An hour later, a young staffer with his official blue shirt on, picks up all 4 towels and leaves a tag on one of the chairs. I assume the tag said "your towels are at Lost and Found"! Way to go, Westin! I hate when people do that! :)

They have signs all over the pool area that they will remove towels on unattended chairs after an hour of them not being used.

Chair saving with strategic towel placement

This is great. We were at Disney's Aulani recently and the pool staff there is doing the same thing.

Same procedure at Lagunamar a week ago - but no tag or token left. They just picked up the towels. :clap:

We will be there in March...are they still using the Teralani Card towel system?
