Hello all,

I want to know if you have to pay the $399 one-time fee, plus the $95 annual fee for every HGVC property or affiliate you buy? I was thinking about buying another property later this year. I did pay the above for my first property, but does the $399 allow all properties thereafter to be included in the points system, or is it a recurring cost to make it points? Thanks for the insight.

Corrected: AFAIK (and I could be wrong), the $399 activation fee
will set up a HGVC account, and for you can throw any number of units
into it.

Annual membership dues only need to be paid 1x each year.
If you receive multiple bills for dues, concact HGVC to discuss.

My understanding and experience is that you pay $399 for the first one, and the other ones are free (as of now) to join HGVC.

What happens if you already own an HGVC and then buy an affiliate and want to sometimes convert it to points?

Just thinking it might be nice to own a Marco unit and use it most years and then convert it maybe every 3 or 4 years.

Do you have to pay the $399 to convert it since you already have a regular HGVC unit?

Awesome, that's good to hear! I could see it getting pretty expensive at $400 a pop if you had multiple properties that you wanted to convert into points. Thank you for your reply!
