I am giving away my 2BDRM unit in the Falls section of Sheraton Vistana Resort. Its every year fixed week 23. Last years maintenance was roughly $750. Usage begins in 2015, new owner to pay legal fees, which should be around 100-150 with Legal timeshare transfers.
