Hi i'm am giving my timeshare to anyone that would like it, its Grandview in Las vegas 1 bedroom apartment sleeps 4, week 10, current maintenance $349.50 annually. This cost me $15,000 I live in England and would just sign it over to anyone that can use it. There is closing costs involved which is the legal bit, to take it from me and give it to someone new in my research I have been informed this costs $400, I would be willing to pay half. If anyone can help me sell this timeshare better I would be very grateful as I find this site a little confusing, I know you can pay a small fee to join would this benefit me in giving away this timeshare. Many thanks Luke

Being a member of TUG has helped me give away two timeshares, as I have had more luck in the membership classifieds in the TUG Marketplace than I have with this Bargain Deals thread in the Forums. Just sayin'

This bargain deals forum is usually pretty good for giveaways. Joining TUG for $15 will give you 25 "free" ads in the TUG Classifieds where you may get some more responses.

Is there a resort transfer fee? If not you can transfer the deed for less than $400 from services utilized by many other TUG members such as L T Transfers and JRA.

You have stated it's a week 10 1br. Is that a fixed week or is it a floating week? It makes a difference to buyers.

Other places to use are Craig's List, eBay Classifieds, and FreeCycle if it totally free to the buyer.

Good luck on your sale.

The OPs last visit to the forum was in May, according to their profile. I don't think they will see any of these posts.
