I've been asking about this property each time I correspond w/ HCC. I'm not sure who else it may have been sent to or not? My friends and family that are members too did not receive this either. I guess the squeaky wheel gets the oil? I think they might send out an update to members once the property is completed like they did with some of the recent property releases prior to putting anything on the website.
I think it would be a great idea for HCC to keep the excitement of growth alive with bulletins like this to members (all of them, not just selected ones) on ALL the properties under development and/or construction. It gives members the feeling that progress is being made instead of wondering if there are problems ahead with expansion.
You see...this is what I don't understand. Like you all have suggested, why not send out an update to ALL HCC members along with the pics you received. I just want to see that progress is being made. When you go four months without and update, all you can do is speculate on what is going on. It shouldn't be that hard for HCC to send out regular updates.

Agreed. News on whatever progress is being made, even if it is way behind schedule, is much better than no news at all. With no news our imaginations can run wild and paranoia starts to settle in.
The OBX house looks very nice. Looking forward to seeing more photos when it is complete.
