No guest certificate option for Sunrise Lodge Home Week??

I reserved my home week reservations for 2017 at Sunrise Lodge, intending to rent or trade out one of my two units reserved at Easter next year.

I was looking at my reservations, and noted something a little odd: there is a notation on both reservations that says "This reservation is not eligible for changes". My other home week reservation (at Anderson Club) does not have that notation.

When I go to the guest certificate menu - surprise! - I cannot get a guest certificate for the Sunrise Lodge reservations?! Anderson Club appears with the add a guest option, but the Sunrise Lodge reservations do not appear to be able to add a guest certificate.

Has anyone seen this before? Do I just need to call, or is there a policy in place that prohibits guest certificates at Sunrise Lodge for home week?

I have seen that notation on a reservation that did not incur a reservation fee, such as a home week reservation or a 7-day club reservation (for Elite members). I called and they said those reservations could only be cancelled and then re-booked. Not sure why it didn't show up on your Anderson Club reservation...

I don't know about the guest certificate issue; I would just call them.
