Hello,
This is my first time wanting to make a purchase I have copied the message from my email. He is asking for deposit on credit card. I thought all transactions are done with closing company. Is this a good choice?

Hi Bob,
What is your Real Estate license number? Are you license in Las Vegas? Can I have the information for Chicago Title?
Thanks Denise
Hi, Denise
My real estate license is in Florida. The company, __________________, LLC of Florida.
My real estate license number is __________, Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Division of Real Estate.
I attached the Good Faith Escrow Deposit form
Buyer closing process, prior to emailing the contract.
So that you know the starting procedure, I will need to know how you want to take title. Mr. Mrs. etc with middle initials if applicable.
I also will need the current mailing address.
I need your phone numbers, business and cell and of course I have your email address to our office will be sending your contract.
Lastly, I will need the deposit of $750 with the credit card, exp date and the ccv numbers as well as confirming the billing address for the credit card.
Do not sign the credit card at this time. This is a Good Faith Escrow Deposit.
This info will go on the credit card authorization form that I will be sending you with the contract
If As soon The Good Faith Escrow Deposit form returned to me. We will prepare the contract and credit card authorization form and email it to you, all to be signed.
If you have any questions please let me know.
