If I purchase a 5k contract at HGVC International Drive and subsequently purchase another 5k contract at that same property, will I have to pay two separate MFs or can I combine both contracts into one?
NO, When you buy a HGVC TS week (worth 5000 pts) you're buying a week of TS at that resort. It can not be combined in any way with another week and you'll have to pay two separate MFs. BUT you will have to pay the HGVC membership fee only once.
BUT in your HGVC account, the points of any HGVC TS can be combined to allow you to make reservations.
Thanks for the prompt reply. I'm not looking for another week, just enough points to use as bookends with a Marriott week in FL, HI, or Vegas. I will see if Worldmark points serve this purpose.
The key thing with HGVC is that you can't buy points. You buy a week and depending on the size and season that week is worth so many points. so With HGVC you can't get more pts without buying another week.
