Well, here are my personal favs.
1. Outstanding !!!! Red Cottage Restaurant in Dennis. http://www.redcottagerestaurant.com/1007/Page.aspx To see the menu, click on the link under "Spring Hours......"
Great for lunch, too. Dinner in July & August as well.
Cash only.
2. Keltic Kitchen in Yarmouth. Rte. 28. http://www.keltickitchen.com/
Not open for dinner (as far as I know). Always good, packed on Sundays. They even serve great & strong Irish tea !
3. Grumpy's on 6A East Dennis http://www.grumpyscapecod.com/
Good, but always packed and a little noisy, but consistently decent. Nothing fancy, but lots of good standard choices and some unusual ones (meatloaf Benedict ?).
4. Pain D'Avignon Hyannis (at the rotary off of the airport). http://www.paindavignon.com/restaurant/
Great French pastries. Try the bread pudding, pain du chocolat.
Wonderful dinners. I have never had a sit-down breakfast there, but they looked good.
5. Hangar-B ( Used to be a favorite, but please read comments). http://www.hangarbcapecod.com/
We went a few weeks ago and although our breakfast was good, it was pricey. It's a funky/eclectic place looking over the little Chatham airport. Service is friendly, but uneven. Also, expensive. We had a nice breakfast, but for two it came to $43 (our entrée, juice and coffee) not including tip.
6. Chatham. Wild Goose. Not sure if they're serving breakfast yet, but lunch & dinner are good
