Making reserve for someone else on website need help

When I make a reservation for someone else to use on the website.. Can I put the persons name during the reservation process on the website?
If so can someone please give me a quick step by step.. I have never done a reserve on the website (and I wan't to do it this way if possible rather than call)..

Ok, I guess you can I just fumbled through it... a little expensive, $52 to make reservation, $52. to change reservation...
