I had bookmarked this auction. Whenever a seller describes a unit incorrectly, there is an opportunity for a good deal (in this case, stupidly not informing potential buyers that the unit is deeded oceanfront).
The problem here is that Starwood is likely to ROFR this unit if it sells cheaply; I think the winning bid will have to be at least $12,000 - $13,000 to get by ROFR and I'm not willing to pay that much for an eoy.
Added: I wouldn't normally play "spoiler" for an eBay auction as other Tuggers probably had the same thought as I did and don't want additional bidders, but the previous posters put it "out there" anyway.
