Upcoming trip to WKORVN - another question about villa assignments

I'm getting ready for an upcoming stay at WKORVN, and I can't find my old notes on room requests. We own multiple weeks at North and South, but this is an extra trip on an Interval exchange, so there's no way of knowing where our unit will be located. In the past, I've faxed the resort with a general request, and was pleasantly surprised when we got our room assignment. I can only find the fax number for WKORV.
