Free to a good home: One bedroom, one bath unit at SBP in the Plantation phase. It is deeded week 18 and floats in the gold plus season: weeks 9-43 & 47.

Maintenance fees were $543 for 2015. I paid those fees for 2015 and used the 2015 week (we traded it for a two bedroom unit at Westin Princeville). Your usage will begin in 2016.

This unit is a tiger trader in Interval because it has the Starwood preference for all Starwood resorts. We have never stayed at SBP but have used the unit to make the following Interval trades:

2008 WKORVN studio
2009 WKORVN two bedroom
2010 WPORV two bedroom
2011 WKORVN one bedroom
2012 WKORVN two bedroom
2013 Red Wolf Lodge at Squaw Valley studio
2014 WKORVN studio
2015 WPORV two bedroom

"Buyer" is responsible for closing and may use whatever company desired.

Cost of Interval Exchanges

Hi! Are total exchange costs $119 for starwood-starwood exchanges and $89 for the interval membership fee? And I assume EY usage?:)

iirc, Interval now charges $139 on Starwood-to-Starwood exchanges (although I really am not certain).

Correct on the Interval membership fee, although sometimes 2 for 1 years is available.

Yes; every year usage.
