Bump.

I am willing to pay the resort transfer fee.

The maintenance fees are current and you can use it this year. Let's make a deal. :)

Have you thought of putting up an ad on eBay? If you're willing to pay the transfer fee, and the 2015 usage is included for free, you may get a taker there more so than here. Kick in paying the closing costs, too, and it's a win-win for the new owner. If you use a closing company you trust (Tug member Legal Timeshare Transfer does excellent work for a very reasonable price, something like $150 for a Hawaii transfer), you control the situation. I've sold several timeshares on eBay within a day or two by doing this exact thing.

Good luck!
Dave

How much is it?
FREE

How much are the closing costs?
FREE - I will pay to transfer the timeshare to you.

How big is the unit?
It is a 2 Bedroom deeded unit with garden view.

What week is it available to use?
It is a floating week - that can be booked any week of the year - including Christmas, New Years, President's Week, Thanksgiving, Spring Break or any time in the summer.

How often can it be used?
It is a ODD year usage. It can be used in 2015. It's currently booked July 11th. Can be changed.

Can it be exchanged?
Yes - into RCI (if you are a member there - membership is not too expensive and is very useful if you plan to bank it. (It is worth noting that Hawaii has VERY strong trading power into RCI).

How much are the maintenance fees?
~$1430 in the use year. They are current and paid for this year.

Why am I selling it?
I have kids going off to college soon - and simply need to spend my money on tuition rather than vacations.

How do we do the transfer?
Send me an email and we will get started. I will organize everything and pay all of the close/transfer costs.

How long does it take to close?
Your guess is as good as mine - but I would think it would be 6-8 weeks... a total guess.

Please email me or reply to this post with any other questions - and I will be quick to reply.

Hi there, I am actually close to where you live. I have someone that may be interested. I will check with her and get back to you before next weekend.
I do have a couple of questions: How many people can comfortably fit in this unit? Have you been there before?
Thanks.

I'm an owner here, and it's our favorite resort.

Occupancy is 6 - 2 in each bedroom, and a sofa bed.
