The Sheraton Desert Oasis is located in Scottsdale AZ with easy access to the loop highway. It trades very well and is a great place to stay while visiting AZ

My wife have owned this timeshare for nearly 10 years and need to slow down a little. We would like to find a good home for our week.

The unit is Deluxe 1 bedroom unit. (that is the large 1 bedroom unit)

It is an annual week.

Red Week (Floating 1-52)

Maintenance fees are $789 and have been paid for 2015

Available for 2015 (still with SVO)

We will pay all costs with a mutually agreeable closing agent

Please let us know if you have any questions

I just wanted to add that anyone thinking of picking up a great trader should consider SDO, I really love this resort.

Could you provide us with your "top" trades???

Pulls great instant trades. With 1BR, I have traded for

Westin Kierland Villas 2BR (x2)
Westin Lagunamar 2BR
Marriott Grand Vista 2BR and 3BR
Hyatt Mountain Lodge 2BR

Have seen Four seasons and Westin Hawaii's and the best thing is priority within the Starwood brand in Interval.

I really like this TS. However, I found out that Starwood Timeshares cannot get an AC for depositing their week with II. It has something to do of not actually depositing an actual week until you make an exchange. II requires a deposited week to be in a certain period of time to get an AC. I have been using an AC to get an additional 1 week stay at a resort. I have used it the past 2 years and I still have the 2 deposits I have to use. Why do these TS companies takes away some of the benefits of being part of an exchange company. Decisions, decisions...

They still give bonus ones though.
Yes they do, but I can get it also with my current TS (1 AC and 1 bonus week). Also, you have to call II if it is open and available (more limited than an AC from a deposit). Sometimes II CS reps have no clue about it.
