Fountains II, #1684, week 01, fully deeded, clear title No SO points

Annual Floating 6-17, 23-34, 39-47, 51-52.

This villa is 2BR, 2Bath, sleeps 8. King size bed in Master BR, 2 double beds in 2nd BR, & queen hide a bed. Not a lock-off. Recently remodeled.

First use would be 2016

Projected fees: approximately$856

New owner will be responsible for title closing costs through LT Transfers, around $160. There is no resort transfer fee at SVR

Another benefit of this unit is that you can trade in RCI or Interval with it, it is your choice.

Are you able to exchange this to Marriott resorts in Orlando? I've read in II that someone wasn't able to see any Marriott in Orlando for an exchange. I know some resorts does not allow you to exchange on resorts on the same area. Can you give us a list of resorts you were able to exchange this so we can gauge how good a trader this unit is.

It's not Marriott - it's Disney. Orlando owners cannot trade into Disney, with an Orlando resort.

This is a Starwood resort, so it's highest trading potential will be in Interval, for other Starwood resorts, such as Westin and Sheraton. [Starwood timeshares have first priority for Starwood deposits in Interval.]

For a strong Marriott trader, you want a Marriott timeshare, although in general, Orland is a very easy trade, except for Disney.

I honestly cannot tell you how well it trades. We have used it for our family and never traded it.

This unit gives you access to Vistana Resort or to Visana Beach Club. Both are considered to be the same resort.

Still available. This is a very nice resort, recently renovated. Rated very highly in Interval as all Starwood resorts are!

A friendly suggestion: This will be more attractive, if you pay for the transfer cost.

I experienced that recently when I tried to trade a my Parkway international resort for a Marriott resort in Orlando. I was also informed that Marriott bars other Orlando resorts from trading with them. I was able to trade into Sheraton Vistana. In the past I've used my one bedroom Pennsylvania resort to trade into various 2 bedroom Marriott resorts including Harbour Lake (Orlando) and Manor Club (Williamsburg). Since we stay on the east coast for the most part I will be trading my newly acquired Williamsburg resort to trade into Orlando Marriotts and my Parkway International resort to trade into Williamsburg Marriotts.
