Hi :)

On the Extra Vacations Getaways... how far in advance can these be booked?

And the Last Call option can only be booked 6 weeks in advance of checkin?

Thanks!

EOY and RCI/II

Hi :)

If we have an EOY TS, can we use RCI (or II Depending on which TS company we go with), every year for last minute cash purchases, or only during the year in which we own?

Thanks!

Can't speak to II, but suspect it's the same. If you are an RCI member, with a current account, you can rent Extra Vacays and Last Calls to your heart's content. No restriction for EOYs.

As has been mentioned before, you can sell the underlying TS, and if you keep paying your RCI membership, you can keep renting them too.

It looks like that. I just logged in to see since I didn't know. The last check in date I can get for last calls if I book today is May 20.

I noticed you are looking at Hyatts. Hyatts are not RCI affiliated. They use II. II is better overall in my opinion, but each exchange company has their own fan club.

You don't have to limit yourself to the big two. DAE and VRI*ety exchange have last minute deals that you can take advantage of every year and they are free to join.

For VRI*ety you need to own a VRI managed resort but can deposit your non VRI units also.

Or you can take advantage of the offers even when you don't deposit.

You don't have to make a deposit at all to rent from II and RCI - you just have to own a timeshare, and pay your yearly membership fee.
