Specific Hyatt Fees

When looking a Hilton/HGVC, there are fees for everything... and we want to know if there are the same kinds of fees with Hyatt...

If I am understanding Hyatt correctly... and PLEASE correct me if I am wrong (as we are still in the learning phase of 'what time share to purchase')... Hyatt has the following fee structure:

$0 = HRPP Week Booking

$41 = Using Points Towards Any Available Hyatt Unit (and this cost is per booking -- i.e. if we have 2200 points, we could technically book 2 weeks for a smaller room/off season Hyatt property, thus paying $41 X 2 weeks)

Yearly MF Fee = Yes (but this includes taxes, club dues and II membership)

If we want to transfer all or a portion of our points to II, is there a fee to transfer them? And if so, what is the fee?

And once the points are in II, the following fees apply:
1 week US/Canada booking = $164
1 week International booking = $184

And are there any other Hyatt fees to be aware of? (and I understand that we cannot transfers points to the Hyatt Hotel Gold Passport program on a resale, so no fee with that

In 2014, the Hyatt fees went up. Price in parenthesis are fees if transaction is done by phone vs doing it online.
Transaction Fee - $41 (47)
Cancellation Fee - $51 (57)
Guest Cert Fee - $30 (36)
Split Week Fee - $39 (39) * No split week for the colorado resorts & Highlands Inn & Northstar

No fee to transfer points into interval. But once you move it, you can't move it back. You need to move it into interval by a certain time (4 mo before your one year/2 mo after your hrpp ends/into CUP).

All above you stated is correct. However, I do not know the interval fee currently, so I cannot confirm that.

With Hilton, a change in dates would be free if you did a changeable reservation online. In Hyatt, it's a cancellation and a booking fee. In Hilton, you book less than a week, and that's fine. In Hyatt, booking less than a week is a split week fee that you pay at the resort at the end of your stay.
