Hotel near San Jose Airport

We are flying to Maui in November and right now the cheapest fares with the best times seem to be out of San Jose, CA. We have never used this airport before and we wondering if anyone knows of a nice hotel near the airport that would have shuttle service to and from the airport. We'll be flying to CA from the east coast and then going on to Hawaii the next day.

All the usual suspects are there. Trip Advisor shows an airport La Quinta, There are Hyatt, or Marriotts. It's all up to who you have any loyalty with. Nice small, manageable airport. Check TripAdvisor.

Marriott Courtyard is very close and a DoubleTree is too. The least expensive is likely one of the Choice Hotel chain, but I don't recall which one it is.

As noted earlier, the airport is very easy to navigate. I much prefer it to SFO notwithstanding the fact that it is our closest airport. Less likely to have weather delays, etc.

We've stayed at the Fairfield Inn & Suites a couple of times. They have a complimentary shuttle to/from the airport. The employees are very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was a typical Fairfield breakfast.

Lots to pick from

I agree with everyone else on this. Hotels nearby seem to all run shuttles, airport is easy to get thru, shouldn't have any problems. Love SJC.
