Help: Wrong number of Guest on Mydisney - Cannot change it

Hi, I have made an exchange on RCI and got DVC wilderness. However, for some reason, when I called to get my MydisneyExperience access, I was told that the number of guest is only 1 person. Disney told me they were not able to change it because RCI made the reservation. Now, RCI says they cannot do anything.

Does that mather a lot ? Will I be refused access on checking. My party is for 4, me, my wife and 2 child. I cannot see two wristband and have not tried to reserve restaurant yet.

I've never had a problem changing the number of guests. Try calling the number to DVC member services listed on your RCI confirmation. Tell them you have an exchange to DVC via RCI and you would like to get your DVC confirmation number. They will provide that, along with taking the names of each guest in the room. It doesnt matter how many the RCI confirmation says as long as you dont go over the maximum occupancy for the unit.

Thanks for replying. Do you have that number by any chance ? All the numbers I have on the RCI confirmation is the one for Hilton Grand Vacation or RCI and they not cooperative at all.

DVC RCI desk: 800-800-9800, choice 1, then 1, then 4 to get to the RCI desk. They will have your name in the computer, and you can add the family. If this is for your personal use, that is.
