We are now 1 week away from DVC opening Poly booking for non members! Who else will be trying to book the first week? I am planning an October trip and hope to snag a studio on the first day to walk a couple weeks. I'll be using transferred points, so I'll have to wait until the phones open.

I had originally planned for this trip to be my first DVC trip through RCI exchange, but the current trend of sporadic 1 bed DVC deposits into RCI (with very few BLT sightings), along with the addition of reasonably sized studios at Poly has made me reconsider. I would by far prefer to stay in a 1 bedroom at BLT (our home resort), but there is no way I will stay in a BLT studio with 2 adults and 2 kids. Based on the early model reviews, it sounds like the Poly studios won't be as claustrophobic as the BLT studios. I think our family of 4 can have a very nice trip in the Poly studio for a week, but I do wish they had added more drawer space. Guess my packing cubes will be earning their keep!
