Looking to give away my EOY Even SDO.

This is a great trader in II with which I have traded for various 2BR units at the Westin in Kauai, Maui, and Cancun, as well as 2BR at Atlantis.

I am only looking for 2014 Maintence fees to be reimbursed (since you will have usage of 2016 which I have already paid half of) and new owner pays for closing and transfer.

Bump...I'll pay for closing. 2015 MF's to be reimbursed is $412, but I'll make it an even $400.

Last call or I am going to pay and deposit the '16 usage.

$400 takes this, and that is partial reumbursement of the '15 MF's, which is half of the 2016 usage.
