Just wanted to give another shout out to Denise M for her expert rental advice. We have had spring break week at MCV for past two years that we put up for rent. Last NOV someone responded to TUG ad and deal was done within 24 hours. This year no bites on TUG so I added Redweek posting. We had three bites in three days and I had rental locked up with full payment deposited into my PayPal account within 24 hours! Go TUG!
