Heading to Ko Olina at the end of the month on a trade. Though I should have called a month ago to request a villa I'm just getting around to it now. I know an ocean view is out of the question, but can anyone suggest a room, building etc. that will provide a decent view (mountain/ partial ocean) or suggest a room or building I should definitely stay away from? Also, any recommendations on a good bus tour company? My folks are there now and booked through the resort but I felt the price was high ($90) for an island tour. Thanks, Gabe

I'm interested in knowing about Ko Olina too.

Bill, your link is to Waiohai.

There are two buildings, Hale Kona (Building 1) and Hale Moana (Building 2) right now. The third building is under construction. If you hate noise, you might want to stay away from Hale Kona since the new building is righ beside it.

For activities, you might want to try www.hawaii-activities.com

I used them for my trip to Kauai and Oahu last year and all the tours I took were great!
