How to cancel online reservation?

I have 2 weeks booked for next April that I need to cancel. I booked them online and when I go into the change link, there doesn't appear to be a way to cancel the reservations, only to modify to new dates. Does cancellation need to be done through customer service or does anyone know how to accomplish this online? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks!

If you don't call 'em, you'll just have to go. :)
If you call, they'll tell you if there's any cancellation penalty.

Then if he booked online and cancels by phone does he lose his booking fee? Or are they changeable for free.

Also, can you cancel/change reservations that use borrowed points for free? If not, what are the penalties?

Online bookings are changeable (online) for free, but a complete cancellation is a different kettle of fish and will result in the loss of his booking fee, at a minimum. In addition, cancellations less than 31 days out will also result in point forfeitures of 25-100%. There is no distinction between what kind of points were used.
