Hey All,

I'm about to enter a deal on a HGVC property - but I'd like to do my due diligence using Florida's "Sunshine" laws that put all property, deed, and owner info online. Does anyone know the legal description of the HGVC Seaworld? None of my normal methods of searching are coming up with any hits on Orange County's database.

The reference(book and page or document #'s) for the Legal description should be contained in any Deed for that property. You should be able to bring up a copy of someone's deed on the County website and then find the original condominium document's online also by referencing the book/page listed in the legal description of the individuals deed....

On my deed for Sea World all it say's is " Orlando Vacation Suites, a condominium ".

It is Orange County FL.

Just curious how do you access this info on line?

If you have seller (owner)'s name, go to this link:
http://or.occompt.com/recorder/web/

click "I accept". And put recording date (I usually do 1/1/2000 till 12/31/2009) and put seller's name on "grantee", last name first then first name.
It will show seller's deed - you can check when seller purchased it and how much he/she paid for it.
If you see left side, there is "view image", and click it, you can see the actual deed image.

Yumdrey,

Thanks for the link and the additional info about "view image".

Yumdrey - is there a way to see the last years sales in this Condominium complex? I live in Broward county and its fairly easy to use their Property Appraisers site to bring up subdivision (Orlanod Vacation) sales...not having much luck that way with Orange County. It seems like you have to go owner by owner.
