1 bedroom 1 bath, 865 square feet, every other year odd usage starting 2017. Deeded as Week 40, Unit 1021. Fees next due in January 2016 and are estimated to be $411 for one half of the 2017 usage. Buyer to pay closing costs for company of your choice (or I can copy/prepare the new deed myself, and you just pay county fees of about $25).
Floats weeks 9-43,47 for home resort usage, and trades great in Interval with Starwood preference. Also trades in RCI, but I don't have any first hand experience with that.
