30,000 Free RCI Points @ Coconut Bay

30,000 RCI Points Allocation
Coconut Bay Resort, Broward County, FL, Unit 315, Week 26, Annual Deeded Property, one bedroom, one and a half bath, 2015 MF’s have been paid ($536.15), can use this year.

I have owned this property since 2009 but have yet to step foot on it. I live on the west coast and only used the points. We’re travel trailering now and we have no more use for the points!

I will pay the closing costs and the new owner will need to pay the resort transfer fee.

If you are interested in Ft Lauderdale during the winter ... RCI points would give you HOME RESORT 12 months out booking window for this Coconut Bay resort (booking fee is $50 exchange fee).

Located on the intercoastal waterway - across the street from the Ft Lauderdale Beach resort... just off Sunrise Blvd ... next door to the Bonnet House. It has a great location to both the beach and many great dining places plus area attractions (Galleria Mall).

It's pool is nicer than the FLBR's pool ... has sun all day long.

Info for the NEW owner who MANY not want to be in FLL during late June or July.

A $50 exchange fee over the MFs is nothing for someone who wants a week in the warmth of FLL. Many of my guests stay a week either before or after a winter cruise from Ft Lauderdale or Miami ... this would allow them to rest up from the cruise.

Plus RCI points are good for 2 years and can be borrowed from the next year...
