I am giving away a eoy even large 1 bedroom at westin kierland worth 30,500 star options. First usage is in 2016 with new owner to pay all closing costs. Fees of $453(as of 2015) are paid each year and usage is even year. I am doing a portfolio adjustment as I was able to get a great deal on a couple of SW florida beach weeks so it is time to shed some annual fees! Any questions, please ask.
