Kahana Beach Vacation Resort in Lahaina Maui. Studio (sleeps 4) Ocean View, Red Week 1-52, Even Years. Maintenance fees paid for 2015. Yearly they are $395 (extremely low fees).

Kahana Beach Resort has something for everyone. It's just minutes away from some of the nations most beautiful golf courses, it offers a beautiful beach, swimming pool, and hot tub, it is surrounded by the island's most popular restaurants. Getting to Mt. Haleakala (over 10,000 ft above sea level) and exploring the Road to Hana are two of the most amazing day trips on the island.

-From the balcony, you can relax and enjoy the beauty of Lanai and Moloka'i islands or just enjoy the sunrise and sunset over the water.
