They are located in Nixa, MO.

We are interested in purchasing a timeshare they are selling in the Tug Marketplace and are trying to make sure that they are legit.

Thanks.

Hi Ron,

We'd like to buy this unit that they are selling, but are nervous because we know nothing about them. Can you tell us what gave you the confidence to enter into 4 deals with these folks?

Thanks.

Ted

They say you need 3 things to be able to take advantage of an opportunity
1) you need to see the opportunity
2) you need the money to take advantage of it
3) you need the balls to do it

I have no more confidence than you, But I see the opportunity, I have the $6500 and I have the balls to do it

and I have the good sense not to gamble with anything I cant afford to lose.

Updated Info

I am talking with this company about transferring my deed. They say they can find a buyer. They may have connections with the still active sales department at the resort.

They do their transfers under the name Allied Solutions Group.

Any information or experiences is appreciated. I am trying to vet this company before I use them.

Thanks,
Joe

Money

Yes, they want money upfront and a limited POA.

I know this is a red flag.

However, I have paid in advance before when I bought a TS. If you buy on ebay, you have to pay before the deed is transferred.

I checked them out on BBB and they are located a few hours from me. They have been in business for a few years.

Let's be logical here: If you pay them upfront, what is their motivation to actually sell your timeshare? They already have your money.

You cannot compare BUYING a timeshare, to paying an upfront fee company to SELL your timeshare. These are completely different functions.

Unfortunately, like most timeshares, your timeshare does not have any resale value. Paying someone an upfront fee will not change the value or desirability of your timeshare.

Have you considered giving it away on TUG?
