Wyndham cancellations

Yesterday I got an email from the resort regarding a reservation that I had but previously cancelled--Today I got a call from a resort for a previously canceled reservation
Both of these were canceled at least 30 days ago
Anyone else getting these messages

Both were addressed to me--one was my home phone number---My point is--it doesn't appear like the resorts are getting all of the cancellations from Wyndham

I have gotten these frequently.

I don't think it's related to the new policy rollout. I think their automated outbound messaging platform is not getting feeds (at some resorts) frequently enough... and there may not be a "kill switch"... meaning, it only sends a list of emails to sends out, but doesn't rescind the list for cancellations.

I get emails every now and then with check-in information from certain resorts, not all, after I cancel a reservation. Apparently there is a lag time from the time of cancelling a reservation to when the resort is notified.
