Has anyone tried this sight? We just booked a stay in Monterey that I felt was a real good deal. I was a little unsure until I called the hotel. They have some nice packages and in this case worked out great for our anniversary.

I get a Travelzoo email a couple times a week and have used a couple when they make sense. I have found them to be as advertised. They also offer local deals, but none are closer than about 500 miles from me so those have limited appeal. I did find some shows in Las Vegas the last time we were there that beat tix4today. http://www.travelzoo.com/

I also get the Cdn travelzoo email about once a week, and I have yet to find a cheaper deal anywhere else for something I am interested in.

I've used T-Zoo a few times and found some very good deals.
I always check 'em b4 booking a stay in popular destinations.

Keep in mind that travelzoo.com is just a site that alerts you to the deals, then you book on sites who actually offer the deals, sometimes a booking agency, sometimes directly to a hotel, airline, car rental company, etc.

I have found a few great deals via travelzoo.com that I have booked such as great savings with hotels.

Yep, definitely get their Top 20, Canadian and US versions and have gotten some deals. Again, they don't actually take your money, just direct you to where you can spend it.

I have used them for theater tickets which I was able to get for 1/2 price. We were able to get great seats too.
