I tried to put in an ongoing RCI request via HGVC. Had problems. After talking to RCI and HGVC (in a 3-way call) I was told that RCI did a recent upgrade and that the ongoing search feature is missing. Additionally the RCI counselor is not able to put in the request either. It will take 1-5 days for them to fix my account as they are currently trying to fix other accounts and there is a backlog.
