I used Revolution and couldn't find much for MarBrisa in August 2014, so I had to settle for September. January 2015 was wide open for HHV. I booked it without even checking airfare, I hope I don't regret that.

I've heard different resorts have newer rooms or buildings. How do I choose the option for a newer room?

Does anyone know if MarBrisa and HHV Lagoon Tower have an option for 2 queen bed instead of 1 King and a sofa sleeper?

thanks!

My reservations:

September 2014 for 3 nights at Hilton Grand Vacations Club at MarBrisa

1 Bedroom Plus

AND

January 2015 for 5 nights at the Hilton Grand Vacations Club at Hilton Hawaiian Village - The Lagoon Tower

1 Bedroom Plus

To the best of my knowledge, no Lagoon Tower units have a bedroom with two queen beds. Some offer two doubles or two twins, but not two queens.

Two queens in a one bedroom is not common.

On Oahu, the following locations have two double (aka Full) beds in the master bedroom.
- Grand Waikikian Tower at HHV
- Kalia Tower at HHV
- Hokulani

You will not regret lagoon tower. We love it!

The one bedrooms are all king in the bedroom and the queen sofa in the living room. Sofa sleepers aren't that bad and you get the separation between rooms.

The studios have an option of 2 beds or a king and a sofa in the same room. But then of course you lose the lanai and kitchen.

Don't forget the fireworks on Fridays.
