Mexicondo.com

I looked at your list of sites to rent through and did not see Mexicondo.com. Perhaps that is because it is mostly limited to Royal Resorts rentals.

My favorite place to post my units is TUG and I feel safest renting to or from TUG members. However, I've also used Mexicondo with success.

Have any of you had experiences good or bad there as I am about to list my week 52 at the Royal Mayan there? It is already submitted to TUG.

Mexicondo is operated by Ken H, who was formerly extremely active on TUG - AFSIK he's still a TUG member, though I haven't seen anything from him for awhile.

To the best of my knowledge, Ken is first rate and reliable.

I would recommend Mexicondo.com to anyone trying to rent or sell a Royal Resorts week.
I've rented a unit from Ken and I've also rented other units that were posted on his site.
I sold my Royal Mayan week and have rented out several weeks from his site.

I had forgotten about Mexicondo.com. It's a great site. I usually print out their restuarant guide before going to Cancun.
